Telia and GuardREC have entered a partnership to provide an integrated solution for mobile recording to the banking and finance market. GuardREC's solution is fully integrated in Telia network.
With the partnership, customers of Telia Mobile Recording benefits from several new features enabling them to comply with the MiFID II recording requirements and GDPR privacy requirements in a simpler and more efficient way.

– With this partnership, our customer gets a complete out of the box solution on telephony and recording. In addition, they can connect other recording channels which they are legally required to record, e.g. email, video conferences such as Skype or Teams, or instant messaging services such as Refinitiv Eikon Messenger, says Glenn Barmen, Product Manager at Telia Norway.
– An important difference this partnership represents for the customers is that the solution, to a much greater extent, is designed for the compliance department.
